i hate calling around to LHS's.....some of them need to hire some people that know what they are talking about....just to clear things up....if you know who i am and i have been in your shop then im not talking about you. i was calling around asking for some proline evil twins and i asked if they carried proline tires the guy said yea we carry proline, i said cool do you have any evil twins and he said no we dont carry that brand, we only carry proline

I've been in Hobbytown a few times and there are only 2 guys that I have dealt with that actually know what they're talking about.
We don't carry that brand
is they're way of saying I have no idea what you're talking about.
In their defense though most of the people there are there for the job and not for the love of the hobby compared to rain city and TRCR who are there because that is what they want to do. You tend to pay attention a little more when you enjoy your work.

I think there are some evil twins at hobby town usa in lynwood. I dont remember off the top of my head if they are for the trucks or buggy's though.

FW is all out of the APS and Orion Units, but the Orion should be back in by the end of the week for $179.99

Cool, I'm thinking that's the one I'm buying. I like the motor runin feature with it, plus the motor stand you receive with it. Sounds like a trip to FW this weekend.
