Pacific NW Showdown round #4 Mikes RC World Bellingham WA-March 31
#17
WOW! Round #4 of The Showdown is going to be awesome! Looking at the series' points, at least the top 12 in Mod 2wd Buggy and the top 13 in 2wd Stock Buggy are all expected to make the trip to Bellingham. Also, Kyosho driver Sean Dunlap - who finished 10th at the 2012 Reedy invite class - is going to be in the house. Add this to the local talent in Bellingham, as well as the average of 135 average entries at their local races this year, and we are going to have a great show! It has a chance to break the 200+ entry count. To all the local Bellingham racers - please support my series at your home track and everyone will be talking about Mike's RC and your great local race program! I have raced at Mike's RC a couple times this year and had a blast. The atmosphere is awesome and speaks to what the Pacific NW Showdown is all about. See you all at the track!

Hey guys
Just so you know, there are probably no rooms available in Bellingham, BP and Conoco Phillips are doing there Plant turn arounds (scheduled maintenance) All the hotel rooms are taken by contractors, Between the two plants there are probably 4000 people here.
Burlington is the your best bet...............25 minutes away.
Good luck
Tom

I booked a nice 2-bed room at the Holiday inn express in Burlington. 20 miles south from track. I went on hotels.com and it was $109. They have at least 6 rooms available.
