Just some quick math
Hard to know how many in each class, but lets assume 3 heats in stock buggy and mod buggy, 1 heat in 4wd buggy and mod truck, 2 heats in all other classes
That is 18 races per round. With 5 rounds that is 90 races. Given that Brian is going to have to manually adjust the lineup each round, I think the best we can hope is to average 8 minutes per race.
That gives a total of 720 minutes, which equals 12 hours. And that is factoring no time for breaks, george cherry meltdowns, loop problems, or the other predictable delays. I figure those should add another 1.5 hours. Total about 13.5 hours
So by my guesstimation if you start at 10AM you will be done around 11:30PM. If the turnout is higher, each additional heat adds about 40-45 minutes.
Maybe try starting earlier?

Oh man george isn't going to be happy with the Reedy format. Its way to complicated or so he said........
Rasheed beat me to todays math quiz. But ya if you get 20 heats x 5 x 6 minutes equals 10 hours then add 2 or 3 minutes between races, then add time between rounds to resort, your looking at 14 to 15 hour days.
But it will be just like the old days. And the good thing is with no more triple A's everyone stays till midnight since there will be no more skipping the third main....or leaving after your B main.
Have fun and good luck this year Brian, see ya when you come to Bham....

At the mo' I'm planning on attending. Might not get the full race day in, but that's ok. Wouldn't complain about an earlier than 10am start either...

Hey Brian, are the races going to be 5 or 6 minutes? I know if it were 5 it would also save about 90 minutes during the day if there were 90 heats or have ever many there are.
