I just saw The Big RC posted something about the 2012 ECT. Reedy format with 5 rounds, stock and mod, only 2 dates out of 5 set. The other 3 state they will be determined tomorrow.
If the race is going to be Reedy Invitational format where you run 5 rounds of "pre-determined" heats, count me out. Not going to waste my time and money for a 'pure luck' race. My opinion, if you want to make it fair and everybody have the equal amount of run time and equal oportunity to win regardless of skill level, then lets just hold open timed practices and draw numbers for winners.

At this point I just wanna race, To be honest I doubt very much if he cares if you race or not. Its gonna be a pain no matter what format he uses there is so much confusion on if there is a spec tire? Is there a super stock class? Is it a 2 day race or 1 long day I guess we will find all this out the week of the event if there is one.

do any of you guys with questions know the "official ECT" thread was started yesterday? or check out BigRC? go look for it.
the only thing missing is 3 of the dates and he said they would be announced today........
