Sorry for taking almost a week to get the results posted but 12 & 14 hour work days don't leave much time for anything else.
First I want to thank everyone that came out & raced. The weather was looking kinda scary there for a wile but it did hold off for the most part. It even got warm enough to dry the track pooky. We had a great day of racing with 38 cars running.

Please forgive me if I spelled anyone's name wrong. Looking at the numbers we had some good, close racing in most of the classes. Mark Brown did blow us out of the water in Mini though. That's ok, he is the Mini master & we all know it.
Hope to see you all at the next race. Have a great weekend & be safe.

Yes, it was a hot day (I measured the track at 125 degrees at one point) but we had a lot of fun racing with 54 entries. I've attached the mains results and a photo of the track layout.

TCS NATIONALS
I'm planning a trip to TCS Nats and have space for 1 more competitor. Anyone attending regionals who would like to go to Nats, let me know. It's a blast!

We had perfect racing (and grilling: thanks to Patrick and family!) weather and 45 entries. Grip was up, tire wear was down, and the layout penalized both those who took too much dot and those who gave the dots too much room. F1, GT3, and GT2 featured packed qualifying heats that left plenty of time for testing out changes between rounds. I've attached the mains results.
In the F1 main, Justin's F104X1 was really hooked up, while Mark T's late outside lapping attempt ended badly. Brian Shook and Mike Boyle had the identical super-fast pace in the GT3 main, and Franko had his car going well after some rough qualifying. TQ Mike Malkinson left early so we missed seeing a GT2 main battle between Mike and Brian, but Justin, Patrick Plueard, and Gary Lewis had their own close GT2 race a few laps down from the streaking Mr Shook. And since qualifying is heads up, we did get to see Mike and Brian duke it out twice before Mike took off.
Next club race is in two weeks. That race is the start of three race weekends in a row, the third Sunday being our TCS regional. Online TCS sign-ups ( http://www.tamiyausa.com/tcs/schedule.php ) close two weeks ahead of the regional, i.e. on the day of our next club race. If you want your class to run and to have prizes provided by Tamiya, sign up online! Only online sign-ups get the stylin' TCS T-shirt.
