Just got home from work and a club meeting and thought I would get caught up and answer a question about track size, we have a layout 36'x75' and the group that ran on it last weekend seemed pleased with the speed they were turning out!!

Default Track Picture

For those of you that have never seen the Facility, here is a picture of the track and one of the layouts that Alan set up for a fun practice last Saturday.

Default HOTEL

Just for some information, my daughter works at Three Rivers Inn in Sedro Woolley about 11.5 miles from the track and her boss has blocked out some rooms for the weekend at $50.00 per night, just mention that you are with the NWIC R/C event to get the discount. It is located on the corner of Ball St.and Hwy 20 in Sedro Woolley Next door to Alfy's Pizza. The phone number is 1-800-221-5122.

We do not have a pre-entry sign up for this race, signups will be friday at practice and saturday morning before qualifying starts at about 10:30 am and you do not have to be a ROAR member for this event

Might be a good idea to generate a list as we need baiting (and no smutty jokes from any of you heathen !!)

Lack of fame and fortune deny me the pleasure of joining in this inaugural race. Welcome to the series Skagits one and all. Best of luck Uncle Al.
