ROSE CITY SCALE RACERS 2011

I second that motion
Needed to drag this over from the race page.....................
A Week on.
Got to say RCSR at PIR was a fantastic event. My thanks to Jeff Holt and his persistence and determination to make way into the head of PIR management.
I apologize for bailing so early. Just couldn't keep the 1/8 scale off the deceptive second part of the sweeper. Managed to completely shave the electronix in half. The with the 1/10th scale, I just didn't follow the heat range on my plug and popped the motor by not changing up the heat range. If Ellis had been around, he'd have blown in our ears as I saw a lot of us struggling because we hadn't thought of plugs.
Also I had a lot on my mind centering around the hernia I had operated on yesterday. Happy to say the experience was great and I'm home on the couch in relatively low pain.
I won't be out playing nitro anymore this year. I had a lot of fun getting the old MRX3 going as well as it did. Again, the hernia thing kept concentration low and I made a bunch of silly mistakes. Didn't realize how much it had invaded me. STrange cloud in my head.
But, back to the top. 10/10 to RCSR at PIR. I hope we've found a new home.......
Love to all...........

All,
I know a number of people are doing family things this weekend so I fear turn out for this Saturday may be light.
Regardless, I plan to be there with the truck and trailer in time for an 8 am setup.
