Rose City Scale Racing / IBEW Poker Run for Dornbecker

So, I found a Trinity pack in Cory's tool box and it has 8.2 volts in it. Doesn't have a sticker to tell me what the mah rating is. I think (hope) it's a 4200. It hasn't been used for at least a couple of years. We'll see what happens.

I will bring mine, but I may have a battery problem. I have 2, 3600 Orion packs that have puffed on me the last time I was at TZ. They were 3 years old. Ordered new ones from Mark, but he's in Nebraska.

Yeah, I always use a lipo sack. Charged the 4200 and it went fine. Hope to be at the track by 7:00 AM with some sidewalk chalk for laying down the barriers.
Didn't have much time getting the Pro 10 together. Wish I knew why it's so out of tweak. Have an RS in the car with a 1/12th setup from the last race at TZ2. Want to work on it for me, Joey?
See ya tomorrow!

Sure had fun
Thanx Mike Ellis for help with the setup and to everyone at the track for a real good time. Having spent big bucks on real race cars, it is nice to come out and race for fun, not spend all my money, get a good charge out of it, and meet some real good people.
Thanx,
Jeff Holt

Thanks to all involved in a super smooth day of high class racing on a high class track (Thanks Roger)
Although a bunch of the big guns were at the Gas Nationals, we still managed to contribute $250 to the Dournbecker cause.
Seems like every race we have new racers giving it a shot. It's so gratifying seeing all the old hands stepping up and supporting these new faces. Jeff sure can wheel a toy !! He musta been a monster in a sprint car. And Ramone and his son just had the greatest time even with all the tricky little things that hampered them........
Same time next year then eh ??
