In the past my go to tire for mod truck or gt were Bow ties or Komodo's. But if the watering works out like I think it will just about any tire will work! The dirt is amazing when damp. My fav's for 1/8th when damp are Holeshots. Don't know why they wouldn't be as good for 1/10th.

+1 Dave, we've got six hoses that can run simultaniously so the track will always run with water (at least on the race line). I'm exited to try soft goosebumps on my stuff, but Dave is right, just about anything will work. Bowties will be a safe bet, just about any small pin type tire as well. The track is gonna be great for gas truck this year, we were specific in jump placement as to be easier on 1/10 scale stuff plus we'll have a friday night dedicated to electric's only.

Couple of changes for the better
Your right Mikel , looks good, our link wasn't quite so optomistic but I agree, were golden, Make the trek folks, it's gonna be fun. Be ready for a new round system similar to RCplus's indoor program (Thanks Ron for showing us how it's done). When your done with your heat, you'll place your car and transmitter in the impound and go directly to your cornermarshall position. The previous marshall will already be watering with one of our six new hoses (just like Clints last season). You'll relieve the marshall and finish a light watering on the race line. We're gonna runa tight ship this year with a schedule and depending on turnouts breaks between rounds and lunch. Racers will be called to pre stage 1/2 way through the current race for the next heat. again depending on turnout there will be between 2 and 4 minutes between heats with a live loop start.
It'll be a little different from last year but with all the improvements all the guys in the club have made to the facility were exited about taking it to the next level.
See ya on Sunday
