Your kidding right?
You check out the current ECT points?

Here's the breakdown between stock 2 wheel and super stock 2 wheel:
No. of people run in 2 wheel stock; 27
No. of people run in 2 wheel super stock: 55

Truck, in stock 21 in super stock 30

Don't know where you have been racing, but that's not the word in the ECT.

Whats needed is to get all the boys racing together and let the intermediate racers have their fun as well...

That`s what missing in on-road , all the most experience only race stock and that means any new racers have less fun thus killing the whole race program....

Not forced.

Hopefully anyone will be allowed to move down a level if they wish...

in my oppion this can go on for ever and never help anyone especially the poor track owners that have the ultimate decisions on what classes work the best at their tracks !!!!!!!!!!!!!! so maybe we change some classes to help group up more racers I'm for that but to say that to end foam touring car racing because of the cost killing racing is at best questionable when some of rubber tires are 30.00 to 40.00 a set and last about as long as foam maybe 2-3 runs if your completive . some of what were seeing as far as low attendance in the on road scene is from the work thing for some .then theres the damm bickering that goes with the rc tech thing that people wear there heart on there sleeve . motor choice's are always been a tough one and to tell someone that they can't run a class is a major pain in the a$$ for the owner or club pres. that can also be a turn off to some racers that can't afford to go get the motors that they supposedly need .with that said you probably don' want a novice in a mod class yea i agree with folks there let them work up to that . as far as cost goes the word is racing and with that goes some cost it's not life ending thing for most .
I agree with big Ron on the classes that we had a small talk last weekend and myself i liked what i was hearing from him and other track owners try to work together to put another great season together for 09-10 season!!!! in this trying times for shop/tracks we need to give all are support to these guy who write the checks every month to gives us a place to race !!!!

theres two or three different discussions going on IMO, one for the two actual carpet tracks left, one for the NWIC, and one for the pavement pounders. and yes, it is most important that the track owners do whats best for thier tracks, and let the rest conform to the rules or don't run. IMO

Default standardization

When I was a cook in the Army, the biggest thing that was stressed was standardization. You could be in Ft. Bragg one day and eat an omelette, then be in a US base in Korea the next day and have an omelette again and it would be the same.

So, what classes goes on for RC Plus, need to be the same in TZ2, need to be the same for SIR etc etc, especially for major races like NWIC. Club nights could be modified to better serve the local racers for club races only.

its the NWIC that can't keep a set of rules in place. club racing needs to do whats best for that track to keep open, SIR didn't do that, and now its closed.

its the NWIC that can't keep a set of rules in place. Why do you say that?
