your right, at TRCR I can't make the slighest mistake or I get over taken by the fast tmaxxs, I'm building a new smallblock race truck right now to take care of that, it will take a long time as its a mostly scratch built lightweight tmaxx hybrid and will run my modded Sirio .12 5 port.

I'll save the Savage for Waynes World

josh.... I.B. AND afarrow are the 2 top tmaxx drivers in the state
so they know there stuff
but josh"s savage is the best savage i have driven with a
hi-end .21 motor to boot so on a big track it could have a chance against you guys, but josh...i garantee that you would have a tough time beating these 2 top notch drivers but,,,,
one of them is over the hill and the other keeps loosing his concentration looking at the model airplanes flying by

LOL, I see....

sounds like we'll have some good times at Waynes World, that is if I don't run out of gas on the last lap

Hey Turbo...fair enough

Actually, I kinda like the way the Savage soaks up the big jumps. I think it would do well in a challenge course with rocks and logs to climb over. It must be a fun truck to drive and bash around with. It would definitely win the highest survived "drop test" with that massive suspendion and vertical chassis, that's for sure.

TJ, did you get your Zagis fixed up? I think I'll stick to terra-firma RC for the time being. I saw the pic of your new plane. Very cool

Later,

Planes tend to do that just before they hit the ground

last saturday at trcr and there were 14 or 15 gas trucks!
it was a fun but could have used some breathing aparatus
i even had the privalage to get nerfed by wild cherry late in the a- main he wacked me off into pit row..he must just have some really loose steering problems
but anyway i hope to get off early enough on saturdays to maybee race once and awile been flying r/c every other day..

....this saturday the 18th a dude is gonna fly his turbine jet at mt.ranier flying club if you get a chance you should come out
this is a bit slower than the last one he flew it went 280 mph

Unfortunately, no...I don't plan to drive it anymore. I'm going to clean it up and get it ready to sell this week. I had fun breaking it in a bit on Saturday, but just couldn't handle the CO levels, especially with all those belching Savages

The main reason I'm selling it is that I'll have my hands full next year with various TMaxxes and a new 1/8th scale. I love how it drives, but I just don't want to invest any more time and $$ in that truck. If I have time later this winter, I might get into some electric on Sundays (XXXT) just to improve my driving skills...

Edwin filled me in on Saturday's race. He had some pretty bad luck with a runaway that tore his truck in half and then he broke a turnbuckle (or ball cup?) in the main. It sounds like you were doing alright until getting launched by the Cherry

So, I take it Waynes World won't be running this Sunday while waiting for some AMB parts?

If not, I'd love to come out and check out some flying and take pics. Does Mt. Rainier club have a URL w/directions? If so, send me the URL, else please send directions...

Thanks man!

The problem is I never had contact with you Johhny, Blame me for your poor driving abitities if you must , but please I`m not impress by your sportsmanship one bit....

Maybe I did hit your car after I pop a ball cup, I`m SORRY !
After the corner toss my ride out & I discovered the problem I pull right off & they brought it back to the pit. I did`nt drive to hack , believe me Turbo Johhny it was a accident if it happen.

Now I do recall when coming upon you in the end game of the race I gave you the time you needed, I never push you into driving to hard, I did my best to be clean with your ride......

Hope you understand my view of the racing we had last race...

ps Don`t worry Johhny, next race I will give you a clean drive, its the best way to go faster no matter what.....
