* Minimum of 5 entries to make a class - so, if you wish o race, sign-up online and wait until March 2nd or 3rd to pay...this way, others can see if the class is developing or not...But, ALL ENTRIES must be paid for before midnight March 3rd, or $10 late fee will apply...
Entry Limit is set at the first 200 . . . Early sign-up cuttoff is March 3rd!
After the limit is reached, we will ONLY accept entries via phone to fill up the classes...
Last year we had 186 entries with a lot of people missing, so . . . I'm sure this event will sell out fast...Plus free event T-shirt with early sign-up only...

OFFICIAL SCHEDULE Friday, March 16th
Doors open - 9:00am
Open Practice - 9:00am to 12:00pm
Controlled Practice - 12:00pm to 9:00pm
Saturday, March 17th
Doors open - 7:30am
Late arrival practice - 8:00am to 9:00am
Driver's meeting - 9:15am to 9:30am
Qualifying staring - 9:30am SHARP !
Qualifying - Qual Points method using best 2 of 3 rounds * NOTE * All electric qualifing(3 rounds) will run first, with all gas qualifying to follow(apprx. 11:30am to 12:30pm..? - I'll have a better idea once sign-ups close)
I may choose to include Gas Truck in with the Electric guys first - This will give the Electric classes a bit more time (charging Batteries, Motor Maintenance and whatever else they do nowadays)
I will decide on the cuttoff date - March 3rd
Sunday, March 18th
Doors open - 8:00am
Driver's meeting - 8:30am
Mains start - 8:30am to 9:00am SHARP !
It will be the exsisting layout . . .Track change will start on March 11th...so it's fair to everyone...Track will not open back up until Friday, March 16th!
From the looks of it, their is a lot of interest in this event!

Sounds like a good race Count me in bro. If I sign up and pay for buggy now. And by some miracle my truggy shows up the Friday of the race can I just pay for truggy then?
Shouldn't be a problem Rich, I did that at the majority of the races, paid paypal for the first class, then paid cash for the next few classes at the race, makes the host a little more cash, I would pay for buggy, then after you are done paying, go back and sign up for 1/8 stadium truck, but do not pay, that way you are "in "the program, but not set in stone.
