We looked into the metal and Websteel buildings. the kit for ours: 70'x 120'x16' is like $15k more than the wood building pole barn with the same code rating and commercial girts for framing and insulation....
That $15k will cover the asphalt.....

Well the weather is holding us up. of course after several great paving days in and around the Christmas Holiday, the paving guys are ready to go, but looks like a good 7 to 10 days of rain
All they need is a dry day or two to get the soil scrapped and rock down. They can pave in the rain...
Lumber/building package will be ordered late this week, it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get drawings and the package ready, and hopefully by then we will asphalt down and will be ready to move....
ETA for completion late march to April.......
