Thanks for the answers Mike.

Alvin, I'm not crazy about this spec class for the same reasons I posted about when Jackson did it, and if there were consistent VTA and Mini classes on Wednesdays and Sundays I'd run those and put the TC on the shelf. USGT is always consistently run.

I guess God heard your prayers, and got your 10 turn class approved... I guess you'll need to build a tc quick ....lol....No excuses now !!!

Long shots vta or m-chassis?

Usgt is any legal 21.5 and gt spec tires from gravity available in house.
Along with any gt body out now from pf hpi or McAllister.

Mini has always had trouble with flipping and not being able to get around consistently.

Vta hasn't run but people do have I just built 1 and Al and a few others have them.
I will start bringing mine on race night.

F1 is also with a lot of guys having them I will have mine with me but I have to get a new 25.5 motor for it.

I would say usgt. There really wasn't a big mod TC crowd compared to stock and usgt

The track will Prob not, but I will have some on hand if people need them, they will not be the CRC rim but I should have some on hand.
I'm assuming you're talking about the spec foam tire and not the rubber tire.

Wiring up my speedo for spec racing... are the female tubes 3.5mm or 4mm diameter to fit snugly on the male posts of the HW spec motor?

Also, please clarify (yes / no) that the spec motor are plug type only and not allowed to be soldered. If someone solders there speedo wires to the make posts they will ruin the posts for future use. The male post have springs on them to create a tight fit onto the female tubes.

Just want to make certain I'm interpreting the guidelines accurately. Not sure who it was, but someone at a LHS claimed you're allowed to solder the spec motors.
