TCS at RC Madness
For you Staten Island guys itching to race come on up to RC Madness for the TCS race this weekend, open practice on Friday, race on Saturday.

Justin and I were going to Jackson Saturday, only to find out they were only running 17.5 and 13.5 TC. Went to Trains and Lanes in Easton, PA instead and had a great time! They run two on-road classes - 17.5TC and VTA! Great track, amazing shop, nice people, and only took a little over an hour to get there. Nice trip, too. AND... Golden Corral is only 10 minutes away - raced and pigged out "all you can eat" style afterward!
Can't wait for the beach!

Went to Island Raceway Friday night to race 2WD 17.5 buggy. Had such an awesome time! Might go back again this Friday night. I always dreamed of racing an RC10 like the cool kids did in the 80's!
If anyone is interested in running our beach cars plus 17.5 touring at Trains and Lanes Saturday, Justin and I might be there again on 5/17. If we have 4 Minis and / or TT01's we can run them. It's only an hour away, a really nice trip - and Golden Corral for dinner afterward! Great day out! Hope some of you can come!

With any luck we should have a schedule soon. Guys if you ever had to work with the Parks dept you would know that little happens fast when it comes to making up scheduling. BTW Al over at Jackson has set aside some Sunday dates for us to use out at the Jackson facility. If you haven't been to this track you are really missing out on one of the best tracks on the East Coast!
