Nice job on the big race saturday guys. It was lots of fun. Thanks to all the guys from RC excitement who came down. And thanks to Mark for giving up his position so I could get 3rd place.

Mark - I was thinking that it might be a good idea to put the podium pictures on photo bucket each week. If you don't have enough time to do it you could give me your memory card and I can put them up.

Kyle - Nice job showing up for the main and going from 6th to 1st place !!! Your gonna have to start looking for a sponsor soon.

Thanks Brian, it was fun running 2wd again but I couldn't have done it without Marks RB5. As far as a sponsor I am going to try to get sponsored by Kyosho. Also I will be running 4wd again. I put a BJ4 together and now I am going to work on a setup for it tonight and tomorow so it will be ready for wednesday and saturday. It will be fun racing against you again Brian.

So Kyle are you still going to be doing 2wd truck? Or just buggy since Jim has been running the xxxt-cr. Anyways hope to see all of you on Wednesday. Looks like I will be moving down one spot on the podium though.

Hey Mark have you given any thought on starting up a myspace page for RCHR?

Any idea when the Reedy Saddle Lipo's will be in? Looking forward to checking out the track and having some fun.
Mark, is there a sportsman class or a class that has been drawing some kids? My 8yr old is killer on carpet and was turning some good laps at the other off road track. Seeing that Speedzone is closing we'll be racing only off road from now on.

They seperate the classes by skill. Sportman, amertuer and expert. So your son would probably start in sportsman and then move up from there.

Nice, I hope to be able to bring my son with me too when he gets older (only 7 months now). Also the rb5 is very popular at RCHR so you shouldn't have any problem finding a setup.

Thats good to hear. I haven't run competitive Off Road for years and need to get into setups again. Time to shake off the foam chunks from years of touring car!

Unfortunatly I am no longer going to be running 2wd truck Tom. Actually I am going to sell my truck so I can buy my new buggies. The next time I see Jim I will tell him that I will sell it bacause he told me that he would be interested in buying it. The next time that I will run truck will probably be when the Kyosho truck is released.

I think I'm starting to get old, I can barely get around on that website , So no I haven't really put much thought into it, besides, what could it provide that we can't here on RCTech? I would actually be more interested in setting up a Northeast Electric off-road information website that would integrate LIR, RCE, and us at RCHR and provide information about the tracks and the racers in the region.

We have had 5 Reedy lipo packs on backorder since the distributors had the part numbers to order them, should be here very very soon.

Yeah, Tom's right, start off in Sportsman class, get bumped to Amateur, then get bumped to Expert

We have a super dialed RB5 setup for the indoor tracks in the Northeast. Forget about tire chunks and start saving some money running lipo brushless off-road. Rear tires every three weeks, fronts every six (2 to 1 ratio), and a lot of drivers acetone and reuse their wheels!

I think there will be quite a few people interested in that truck. I will probably sell the t4 as soon as they come out.

Hey Mark what does it cost to come down and use the track on a non-race night? I want to try running around a track instead of just bashing in my backyard with my T4 before I decide if I want to race or not.
