I never said it wasn't good coverage but for some reason the cameras were limited during the finals. It was much appreciated, they always do a good job but I think someone made them limit their cameras.they didn't even show the announcer any love,as he said he couldn't see the track from his pov and was limited to view of the monitor. No fault to rcracing-tv.. maybe the track gave priority to another broadcast?

maybe just not enuff spots to setup the camera eq. that track is not as fancy as some of the other ones so may of just been only spot they had ...best coverage we should of been there!!!

Picco and collari are older than Birch and swauger and they still made the final. Those guys didn't go for whatever reason. JJ almost made the final and he's usually a little faster than those guys when they race stateside.

Its a shame that Swauger used to attend more WC's with Mugen - not to mention his paint scheme was the best during his mugen years!!!

Incredible driving!
I was planning on getting a Serpent 988, but now I'm wondering.
Does infinity have good support in the US?

Yea after I sent it, I forgot about picco. Im always pulling for the old guys. Adrien Bertin too, did really well. For guys like swauger and burch, it's ultimately up to rcamerica to send them, maybe it wasn't in the budget?. Xray had high hopes for Coelho.

Yea 1/8ic, you called it

I miss the days of Swauger mixing it up since his Paris days, but it seems he is not racing as much. It would have been nice to have seen Tossolini and Cyrul too racing 1/8, but i think their best days may be behind them. I think in the US, the lack of true 1/8 IC support is a shame, if we had an ANS (America Nitro Series) where Canadians, US and South American Drivers could mix it up... would be cool (but diatance is the killer). Id be down for racing 1:8 full time again if we even just had a real US series (not GT) with good support like the ENS
.

One can hope and dream, lol

Seem Simon motor didn't have the speed it needed and lost by 5 sec even with going into the grass. But my question were there any USA racers at all at the WC ?
