How to know if our battery are dying out while playing GP car ?

And when is the best time to change to a new battery?

example like using 6v 1000 mAh or either 1400 mAh ?

I dont understand your question doesnt make sense.

You don't know when it is going flat but a normal club race day should be no hassles at all just charge it up before the day and recharge after the day.

charging the battery before any race is recommended,
but my question is how we going to know if the battery is worn out, I understand that a normal charging can last about an hour playing but how we going to know if the battery is going to flat while play half way thru

by using a rubber band to tie around the engine throttle side ?

that's the easiest and cheapest but the safest would be to have a failsafe on you radio or an onboard electronic failsafe

Add-on or build in fail safe ONLY work if the receiver pack or the receiver signal got interrupted.......IF your throttle servo simply failed on you (I have seen several 1/8th because they didn't wire their throttle servo good enough and their wire got cutted while runn 80 mph).....fail safe will not STOP you from running away.

The best way is do BOTH....little O-ring (plumbing used O-ring from hardware store) wrap around the carburator, or the Team Losi throttle return springs mount on the upper deck and the end of the throttle servo disk link.....then with the FAIL SAFE devise.........if your car still run away, that is GOD'S WILL.

About batteries...forget about anything less then 1100mah if you are using the 2/3A cells (if AAA, I think the most I can find now is 950mah)....MAH is how long the batteries will last...the bigger the #, the longer it last.....typical 1400mah can last you 45 minutes MAIN if you are using it with diigtal servos (2) continueously....but for us club racer, it should last you a whole day of racing....but like what other stated about, it is a GOOD PRACTICE to charge your receiver pack BEFORE your main........charging every heat is kinda overkill but it won't hurt.
