Default Low cost Novarossi engine

Hi guys,

I intend to come back to the beloved GP racing. I used to own a Team Magic, value for money in terms of performance. Is there any current chassis you can recommend?
I am thinking of buying a brand new Novarossi .12 class engine which is reasonably priced. It seems there is some slight variance in pricing at the various Hobby Stores. Is there any hobby shops/retailers you can recommend?

Btw I just came across Novarossi Direct. Any of you has experience dealing with them? Thank you

I bought a Nova REX Revenge .12 engine for $120 from Novarossi Direct a while back. I then bought a 2660 pipe and its a good runner. Good experience with them, and they also have good coupon codes. LEF Complex is also a good place to look. Loran and Jeff Whiting are awesome.

Thanks for getting back to me. I am confident enough to purchase from Novarrossi Direct. But there are a few .12 class engines to choose from.My local race track is big and the turning curve isn't tight. What are the factors to consider and which engine do you suggest. Thanks, keep coming!

consider also that pipes and headers can help with top end as well as head shimming etc. If you want to save money on a motor, do not try to skimp on header or pipe choices. See whats being run at your local track, i am sure there are some Novas being run.

I just got my Mito 12WC in the mail today from Novarossi Direct. I ordered it on Sunday. Make sure to use the code racer10 for 10% off your whole order.
