Yeah, I had an HPI Nitro Racer 2. For all of two days. Built it up. Looked at it and laughed. Contacted HPI to find out about new products which were badly needed. They didnt have them so I sold it without even putting the engine or wheels on it. It was crap.

As for my name - ITS OBVIOUS. I'm a R/C Modellor. I race cars, fly airplanes, tinker with boats and I design a lot of my own parts.

As for people laughing at me. Yeah right. After I sold that HPI the kid thought he got a bum deal so I showed him that it was capable of competing by posting a run 2 seconds shy of our track record.

At least I dont have to lie through my teeth to get a bit of respect in this hobby. I earned mine on the track and by helping newbies get into the sport.
