hey i got a new engine .18 cv rx i installed the fly wheel and the circuler black round thing under it. i also accedintaly took a part of my t 15 engine wich was on top of the fly wheel and the nut, It was a long rod for a screw to go in wich holds the Clutch Bell, So i put it on my .18 crank shaft on top of the fly wheel and i took that nut out and used this nut thing. wich i reilized was a mistake because my fly wheels loose now and my cb is on and it wiggles and i cant get the cb or the stick holding the cb screw out. I tried every thing plying holding the fly wheel down. and nothing is working PLEASE HELP me. I need to know how to get it out. gosh please help....Thank you all....

by the way im new to this but i build my car ( rs4 3 evo ) so i know the basics to it.

This is how I do it the old way:
Take out the glow plug, Get a piece of string, can be made of cotton or fiber or just something that would not shed (not too thick and not too thin either), tie a small knot at one end, make sure the knot is small enough to go thru the glow plug hole, then insert a small length of the string, then turn the cranck shaft in the way to loosen it with the knock nut and the piston will be stopped by the small piece of string before it reaches to the top. Now you can un-screw the knock nut. After you are done just turn the piston back to lower position and tack the string out. Sorry for my poor english and Hope this helps.

I think I understand what your talking about.

1. The flywheel requires a certain size collet to fit on the crank-shaft so that when you bolt the flywheel to the crank-shaft, it doesn't wiggle from side to side and still have enough room to where the flywheel is not touching the motor case. There should be some spacing between the flywheel and the crank-case. Did the motor come with a collet? its a cone looking thing. Some are real thin and some are thicker. You have to use the right one and some motor companies include about 3 different ones with there motor.

2. The throttle screw, I think your talking about the one that has a section cut out of it and slides threw the carb hole sort of in the back. Did this motor come with its own carb? If not, then that makes it harder to find one that will fit it. The carb should fit into the hole just right. It sounds like you put a small carb on the motor and tighten down the screw or bolt that hold the carb in place way to tight. I hope this helps some.

also well it help if i get a piston locking tool so the crank shafts lock cant move up and down and then i can easily take it of...please tell me if thats fine i know theres a chance of desetroying my piston, But im gonna screw it in some and then see and carfully screw it in ( the locking tool where the glo plug goes ). So i wont do it to tight or the piston well destroy.
