Hi Luis

Thanks for the feedback... I tried that before i attached it, i found it was in the way of the throttle servo too much. Maybe i need to move it towards the front on the car more.

I will see what happens tomorrow when i hit the track again!

Hi FreeStyles

I went to Woolies and bought Duracell NMH 1000MA AAA Cells on Patto's recommendation. I used the bracket that came with the G4RS and wrapped it up in electrical tape. I will visit JayCar this week and see if i can get some shrink wrap that might be better.

Hope this helps!

How did you connect the cells. With battery bars or with bits of wire?

At the moment i'm using the ED transmission with 16/21 - 51/46. But i want to go up in spur gears as i feel like i'm under geared for my local track. If i do so does this affect the ED system in any way? do i have to use this combination for the ED system to work properly?

Why is that the highest you can go or something? It's just that my motor sounds like it's peaking it's titties off by the middle of the back straight so i thought maybe it was under geared. Maybe it's the tune in my motor then.
I might go to my local track today and have a good look at it then.

Freestyles, is it shifting into second gear? If it is not it will sound like that. Unscrew the screws on the two speed gear box a little. Make sure that you do both evenly

Thanks Bundy, we'll do our best. There are quite a few TM drivers there this year so who knows what could happen

Cheers
