They were made by Picco Micromotori and spec'd by Collari. Some of the XS2100 motors that I have run and tuned were awesome.

Lamberto Collari Engines are made by Sirio (Start Motor)

Who sells them here in the US?

There are clarifications needed here. All Collari motors are spec'd and designed by Mauro and/or Lamberto Collari. The old Collari line of motors with the darker gold/orange heads were manufactured by Picco (XS line) and the new motors with the lighter gold head (LC line) are made by Sirio.
Sirio and Picco are not the same company at all. Sirio (Star Motors) is owned by Andrea Rossi and Picco is owned by Alberto Picco. There are also some RB motors with Mauro Collari spec'd mods that show up once in a while.
