Default HPI RS4 3 EVO hop-up questions

Hey everyone i got a question... is it possible to take the three speed transmission off the HPI savage and put it on the rs4 3 evo??? id really like to because i think it has adjustable shift points.... and id like to have it for racing... along with a bunch of other things.....lol... newys thanks....

You might be able to do it, but for racing, definately not worth it. The unit will add too much weight. The 2 speed unit has adjustable shift points and bolts right in. Now I'm assuming you are racing on a track. If you are talking about drag racing, and you have lots of time and money, go ahead. I'd like to see some pictures. You would need to do a lot of modifications to make it work.
