20 for the pit space is some of the little money the host track makes for a shit load of work they do.
Roar is really doin the rape job on this one.
Way to promote the hobby roar......
Total bullshit that privateers come outta pocket to make great races at great facilities and roar can't fund this from their annual dues.

I have heard that ROAR is losing money at Nationals and need to cover those losses. Well, when someone sees $100 for entry, allot have to decide if they want to come to race. If ROAR losses more entries, then they will loss more money. Maybe they cover losses for a few of the races, but sooner or later, racers will begin staying with local series and not attend Nationals and find more regional races to attend that are not that expensive.
For $100 entry, most can attend 2 races instead of 1.
Maybe I am wrong?? Just unbelievable we at triple digits to put car on track.

I have no problem with the $20 for pit spot. Every track puts allot of work into preparing for the race and it is worth the expense for their hard work and it is greatly appreciated!

Roar is paying $250.00 per day for each person they send to a race plus air fare , motel and car rental. they also ship 4 trunks that weigh 250 pound to each race.
Club gets paid $1500.00 up to 120 entries. That is $12.50 each !!!
They left 28 awards at our track in Oct.that i just found .Who knows how much they cost.
They don,t even follow there own National rules.
Roar needs to take a lesson from tracks that have been doing large events for years. There are many.
