Default Help identifying chassis

Pick this nitro on road up but looking for more parts for it to rebuild.
Mid – rear nitro turning center two speed.
Ball and cup knuckles front and rear.
Double wishbone front lower wishbone rear.

I want to say it is a CEN touring car but i don't know if it had Pillowball suspenion.

I would say a Smartech Winner or something like it like a Carson CS4
