Fuel Bottles
 

For those of us that are rebels and mix our own fuel what are you using to store them in?

I have tried a fuel tin from local hardware, but it ends up everywhere when you pour it out. Maybe be user error :lol:

Wondering if i can recycle a methylated spirits bottle with the child proof lid? Or do i just find an old rc fuel bottle from somewhere?

Have just been borrowing HDPE bottles from work but they don't have the right lid and I might be tempted to take a swig.

I used to use a red plastic fuel bottle. The ones they use for petrol. You could use an old fuel bottle but just clean it out before you put you new brew of fuel in it.

Used RC fuel bottle/tin is what I've used in the past. Usually plenty around at the end of a local race meeting!

Goto a mom & pop's local hardware store that fills up paint thinner. They have empty tins. that's what I'm using the last 24 years. Hate the plastic bottles!
