The best fuel I ever ran was my own that I mixed, staight castor methenol and nitro but some one handed me the formula that would fit all of it in 128 oz. bottle, never had any tuneing issues ran perfectly. Sadly that was over 10 years ago, but if you dont have a problem getn any of the products, why not mix your own; real cost affective.

very funny :p

yeah using castor oil as the only lubricant in a fuel mix makes for a very cool running engine as it promotes cooling, but using synthetic lubricants protect the engine components from wear much better hence why most modern fuels are blends of both. If I could get a good supply of pure methanol and nitro I'd have a bash at mixing my own fuel. theres so much off the shelf nitro fuel that uses crap quality components.

Chin said not to tell anyone! That was his speed secret.

I hear the O'Byrons Chin Luc blend makes a fully modified JP look like a bone stock Force motor.
