Default 1/3 Scale Camaro

I am wanting to build a 1/3 scale Camaro for my father. He has a 1969 Camaro RS (picture attached). I'm hoping to use the Black Widow V8 or Conley Stinger 609. I have no idea where to start as far as chassis, suspension, driveline and body. The rest I believe I can figure out. If anyone could help that would be great.

Here's a link to some quarter scale stuff, might be a good place to start.

It'll probably sound like I'm trying to throw a wet blanket on your candle - however it's not that way at all.

IF you want to do this project right, and have the end result 1/3rd scale Camaro look reasonable accurate when compared to the 1:1 Camaro, you are looking at investing MEGA time, effort and expense. Seriously.
I know from experience that a project like this would take at least 5 years of working on it every spare hour you have - if you want it to look "right".

Not that it's impossible. Here's evidence. This is an extrememly rare type of guy with all the right ingredients - time, talent, extreme patience and budget.
I don't know if he had time to enjoy the other things in life during his quest to build a miniature Ferrari 312 - imo.

I'm not trying to make it 100% to scale accurate. I want it to be an R/C. I have found the rear axle, engine transmission, front suspension, drive shaft and I have completed the frame work. I'm still lacking brakes, wheels fuel delivery and water cooling. The biggest hurdle I believe I have found so far is actually the body.
