Spoke to Tony about this over the weekend and the people at the Comfort Inn, if we get a list of 20+ people who want to stay here, they will give us up to 20% off. The hotel has just been remodeled and is the closest location to the track.

The more people we get the better discount we can get. Stayed there for the state race and already booked for the Nats. Their rates changed weekly or monthly since the quote i got for the Nats was a bit lower than $90 a night.

no we have room for trailers .
if you run a generator you will need at least 75 ft of cord.Only honda eu type generators near the track.

Any signage must must be one of our race sponsors or covered up.

Good luck at the Nationals ! I'm sure you will do well as long as you have your Pit Chief (Dennis) with you. I'll be monitoring the event and your progress from 8K.

Hoping to arrange vacation schedule to be able to attend the nationals but it will be a last minute deal - don't see a registration deadline on the entry form or mentioned anywhere in this forum - can I sign up at the track if i can make it??

We should try to get a running list of people who already booked there, or want to book there and see what our numbers are. If the numbers look promising, i can call the hotel manager and see what she can do.
