TRACK LAYOUT DESIGN WANTED

i rent a land for playing rc car .i prepare build a track for 1/8 , 1/10 on road car.
but now i headache about the layout design .
any "hot heart person " can help and suggest me how to do it .
please post your layout design if you ok .

my idea on road track area : 240' x 100'

Are you making a permanent track or a temp parking lot track sort of thing?

The track I race at is an "Efficient" use of space in a rectangle. Food for thought:
