I've been through several bells with two and three small bearings up front. They don't last long, and they end up killing spur gears - at a vastly higher rate than any other RC I've owned.. (and I've owned a few..) It's a stupid design. Plus they're hard to find and overpriced, and you have to always buy two kinds of bearings..

"Golden" are my LST2's - which also have a 2-speed CB. They last forever though, don't eat spur gears, are cheap and easy to find, etc.. I can't drive my DM-1 more than five tanks without worrying about the CB and spur gears... And yes that's with the Ofna extender, three baby bearings up front, perfectly shimmed and meshed, etc.. Just sayin'.. "Golden" is something else..

This car is going to make a lot of noise in the GT class.

Craig Kaplan is TQ over Andy Liu by 0.09 seconds and more over Desoto. Home track advantage, but car looks good. I'll be ordering one soon. I ended up qualified 9th, only 5 sec out of 4th with my DM1 .....

I'll be nice to see a pic of Kaplan chassis without the body on it.

I'm not sure of the qualifying order for Steve from SNR but I watch him take his brand new X3 with the RTR engine make the Amain. I'm sure if Steve had friday to pratice like the majority of the top runners the the headlines may have read...
Team RedBull's New Ofna X3 Takes Pole at Airtronics Grand Prix. Good job Steve ! I'm very impressed with what I saw yesterday.

I'm not totally sure but think there were at least three or four heats of GT.

What would make you think the TeamC car is weak?
