Fuel cap handle-tie ... permited ?
IFMAR ruelbook allow this kind of handle-tie to open the fuel cap on refueling ? :

run the tie to the back of the car... and fit it on the back plate where the shocks are mounted.. then you can just grap the car via the back-window by the tie-wrap.. the car will lift and the fuel lid wil open :)

Thanks cyclos, i know which are the alternatives, but my question is "it is permitted as the picture ?" ... cause im teaching my wife how to do pits for me (im buying a dynamite fuel gun for her) and im looking for the easiest way for her ...
