You car looked really good Steve Perez. Sorry I could not start the main. I blew up the motor after the first warm up. I use the steel pinions and have not had a problem after switching. See you at the next race.

Yup, one of our fellow teamdrivers had this several times. It is a combination of issues, engine power, slip on the clutch (first few laps) and the alu pinion.

We just solved it by applying the steel pinion and not screw it tight! The engine will tighten the pinion itself

If you want to race light, remove all not important alu pieces ... Also the 2nd gear pinion

What's up Mr Jackson?

Sorry to hear about the motor letting go in the warm-up, I'm sure you would of placed well.

I've been putting some thought into coming out, it's pretty short event so I might be able to sneak away.

Chris
