Picco .15
Hi,
I got one of the new Picco .15 engines (Dark blue head, sliver crankcase)
Its a rotery carb & I have the main needle 4 1/2 turns out & the low end 2 turns out.
I'm running 16% nitro.
Its a new engine I've run about 3 full tanks in my T-max through the engine.
I cannot seem to get a tune.
The engine on idle 'surges' the revs rise & fall, its a constant rise & fall, very regular.
I know its not a lot of fuel to pass through an engine but after the 2nd tank I had it on my local touring track just to blip it around & heat cycle the engine.
When I gave a little bit of throttle it 'bogged'. As long as I blipped the throttle the truck moved but if I gave it a slight throttle up it would bog.
How many heat cycles should I give this engine 6 - 8?
Has anybody run-in one of these engines and how did you get on?
What glow plugs are you using?
Many Thanks
