does anyone have info on the question i asked about the front suspension, is the only thing that can cause it to be hard the sway bar?

Best thing to do is take off the front bumper, take off te sway bar. Try your suspension with shocks only. The try taking off the shocks, only arms. Check for any type of binding or drag in movement. Keep trying different things till you come across what is causing the slow movement.

The problem can also be caused if the adjustment of the pivot balls in the front uprights is too tight......check that also.
