Agree! Get the proper tool for it. Don't risk yourself with any injury.

Manti, that's a great tip for the improvisation.

sometimes you need to think differently when you only need the "proper tool" for only 1 second but you need to drive more then 1 hour to look for your "proper tool".

Thanks for reading my post anyway.....

damn! talking about "proper tool", does that mean I have to buy the Mugen Centax clutch tool, instead of using my hand now?

sometimes proper tool is not smart tool !

you need to modify a "Proper tool" to become a "Smart Tool". Be a smart AZZ !

This thread is really becoming a source of unlimited wisdom.

24K shock shafts, platinum screws, proper tools.

Does anybody have anything interesting to say anymore?

How about new setups, or other tips to improve the car?

Manti, you even forgot to flame me for using my GPM knuckles on Sunday, what's up with that? Are you slacking?

Thats a bad thing to say in this thread. Every time i say "I haven't broken .... " I did it the next race...

This thread has some bad joo-joo to it.

You will need to do something gross and weird to blow a 2nd gear housing (well you can ruin the bearing, but blowing the housing is quite hardly to see for not being impossible.

I don't know why but sometimes happened to blow exactly the part that I didn't carry (Grrrr! if someone sees Mr. Murphy tell them that I and mine Friend Baseball_bat_with_huge_rusted_nail_on_the_end wants to talk with it ) Anyway I'll carry the stock 2nd gear housing on mine spare parts bag.

Default Belts

Seems like way back somewhere in this thread I read something about being able to use the 8th sc MRX rear belt on the front of the MTX3....was I dreaming?

Chuck, it is the 6mm front MRX3 belt that fits the MTX3 front. You will need to shim the mid bearing block.
