Yeah they are done by hand I believe. Most likely one person works on the same section all day so they can really get efficient at it.

Then pass it on to the next guy im sure whos waiting to put on his part / section.

well at hpi what ever midgit builds the front end (on the savage 25) didnt line up my hinge pins at the stop points correctly... how that got past QC i dunno...
