Stubborn cylinder sleeve

OK, I have a sleeve that won't respond to the tiewrap method of removal. I have soaked in WD40, heated, frozen and cussed, but it still remains in the block..........a Nova Rossi 21

Any other methods out there please ??

Thanks Jerry. Popsicle stick=Tiewrap in the exhaust port.........just have to get some popsicles (which is a very nice idea on this hot hot hot day) Happy hols Buddy.........

Heated to 250 deg, used 3/8" tie wrap, little bit of torque and voi la boom boom. Free at last !!
