Default Need NTC3 set-up help!!!

My buddy and I found a new parking lot to race at, but it is very slick………………..

What set-up would you use if the track is pretty darn dusty, pretty smooth, and very slick?!?!?!?!

What springs would you use? How would you change your set-up?
