Inferno GT2 Race Spec - Novarossi N21R7 Rally - some questions
 

Hello Everybody,

I want to install a Novarossi N21 R7 Rally engine into my GT2 Race Spec and have some questions to the experts:

1. Engine Mount
I am not happy with the stock engine mount - quick engine in / out fails, because the alignmet of the gear mesh must be adjusted again. Does anybody knows a one piece or easy engine mount which fits to the GT2? Whats about the hop up parts for the MP9 and MP7.5? Do they fit to GT2? I have seen an engine mount from Reckward Tuning and also from Kingheadz for the MP9.

2. Clutch
At the moment the stock clutch and stock KE 25 are installed. Is it recommended to use harder springs with the N21 R7?

3. 2 speed gearbox
The 2 speed gearbox is in stock condition and works well - any need for changing the speed ratios for the novarossi?

Currently Kyosho makes no optional gears for the newer Race spec tranny...but works amazing....I run a 2 piece mount from Dragon Racing that has a built in heatsink ...Gear mesh is perfect on both my GT1 and GT2 chassis...They are on ebay !
