ROAR Rules and Restrictions on Drivetrain Ratio for Nitro Touring Cars?

I have a question regarding the rules and regulations of ROAR. I race at the Silverbowl Raceway which is a ROAR affiliated track. I would like to do the 24-tooth pulley conversion for my V-OneRR (it is a 1/10th scale nitro touring car) that everyone seems to be doing. Basically I will just change the 19-tooth pullies on the 2-Speed Transmission Shaft to 24-tooth pullies to create a higher gear ratio. This will improve top-end performance for my car in which will help me on the large and open track I race on.

Now will I be breaching any of the ROAR rules and regulations if I do this 24-tooth pulley conversion? I looked at ROAR's website and they list no rules or regulations for drivetrain ratio for .12 engine powered nitro touring cars. I also plan on racing at the ROAR nationals when they come to town. Does ROAR have any rules or regulations on drivetrain ratio for national events?

I want to keep my car ROAR legal since I race at ROAR affiliated tracks and races. I would like to know if this 24-tooth pulley conversion is ROAR legal or not before I actually do it.

Thanks in advance!

There seems to be no rules regarding drive ratios for any cars in the ROAR rulebook.

As long as the car is within the dimensions, the engine is to specifications you can alter and adapt your car as you see fit.
