On Ebay you can find the parts.. Bearings at most bearings manufacturer (TKO, BOCA etc)
On the other hand, a Sonic Stock 5P isn't that expensive....

I had that engine and really liked it, very punchy. Good luck with your search...
On another hand, like Roelof says you can get a good engine for a good price. For example you can get the novarossi 5 port for around 200$... Those P5XLTs are no joke.
