I was wondering what all it took to put the upper deck mount on a RS4 3 SS. I thought I seen somewhere somebody said you had to get a flat stick pack instead of the battery holder.

depends...with the HPI upper deck you do need the flat stick pack.......for the HOT BODIES one which sells one for the RS4 you dont need a stick pack you can easily install the 4 AA battery cradle.......althouth ur better off going with the HPI one its way less expensive than the HOT BODIES and the flat pack is much more efficient than the cradle
