Need someone to identify this rc car

Trying to buy a rc car on craigslist and most people dont know the model of the car so need some help figuring this one out. Im almost sure its a hpi. He told me the only thing I would need to buy apart is the glow plug starter and rotor starter. So what would be a good price to pay for this thing? Thanks.

just realized it says hpi on it but still need model and what would be a good price to pay for it with missing glow plug and rotor starter

It's a HPI nitro RS4 RTR 3 EVO.

New it was around $330-$380 depending on where you got it. If it was me I'd pay no more than $175 for it. But that's my worth, yours may be different.
