Las Vegas Annual Spring Race "RD Logics Grand Prix"
4 Aces Racing and Team Taylor Racing are proud to announce the annual spring race in Las Vegas April 14th to the 17th, 2005. This years race will be sponsored by RD Logics and promises to be one of the premiere r/c events of the year. For those of you who have not raced the World Famous Silver Bowl Raceway you are in for a treat and for those of you returning to Sin City we promise all the fun and excitement you’ve come to expect from this venue. For further information or for an application please visit www.4acesracing.com or www.teamtaylorracing.net. This year we offer online sign-up with a payment option using Pay-Pal. We also have a host hotel that is giving great deals on 1 or 2 bedroom suites. The best part is; it’s only about 500 yards from the track and is in range of our FM transmitter so you won’t miss any of the race action.
Get your application in early as this event usually sells out.

Hey Guys!
I wanted to tell you about the experience that I had attending the Winter Wind Up race In Las Vegas last week.
It was the most fun that I have ever had at any race before and I am sure that anyone who attends will have a great time. The track is good and flowing and the people are great!
I am sure that anyone who attends will not be dissapointed and I hope to see you there!

There were probably about 40 guys there. About 20 in 1/8 and about another 20 in touring. The attendance was light but it did not make it any less of a race. It was the first year for the race so I am sure next year will be much better.
But on the RD Logics race, its been around for a while and people know about it so the attendance will be much bigger. I think it was called the Speedline if Im not mistaken but I may be wrong.
Either way it was a lot of fun and I think everyone there enjoyed themselves and it will be even better for the RD Logics I am sure.
Hope to see you there....

That is some great information about the race. Did the RC500's have a 2 speed back then? I remember the Associated cars, you had to solder the gas tanks together. I don't remember the Serpent 6000.

Yes queller is still the ROAR vice-president. RD Logics came to use about the race and they are very easy people to work with and are very interested in promoting racing on all levels. Less politics more FUN.

I thought the Speedline GP was allways in April? 14 years or so...
