LOL ok Poor choice words good pass by the time of the contact the pass was pretty much done he was gonna get by he had the line and the advantage, and only by shear horsepower the passee was going to keep the spot.

no penilty, slower car tried to race the faster car when he got passed, slower car need to let the faster car go and tuck behind him.

Even if they were racing for postion, the car that was getting over taken (slower car) was still slower and in the way...What I feel even if your racing for position and your racing side by side then it's has to be a clean race but if your blocking and a faster car comes up on you in two turns in one lap, you need to move or get moved because your trying to block or holding up faster racer that is trying to go after the leader.
It is always better to give up 2 tens than it is to get in a crash and losse 5 to 10 seconds because of egos. .

I learned the 2 turn rule early on. Makes you better driver. Makes you look at a broader area of the track...
