What brand if any is the best to run? Examples Elligi, Fast, Power Tyres, TRC, Proline??? And reasons why any are better would be nice too. Thanks

elligi, fast and power tires are basically the same thing. the same manufactorer makes them. dunno much about others.

I prefer Super G tires for both my 1/8 and 1/10 touring car. My second choice is CRC for the TC. I'll also use Yokomo and TRC if nothing else is available, but try to stay away from the TRCs as much as possible. I liked the way Ellegis performed on my TC, but they constantly chunked. Prolines are crap.

My understanding is the tyres are ALL the same, but named and manufactured different to suit different car manufacturers.

FAST are made for Mugen
ELLIGI are made for Serpent
POWER are made for Kyosho.

I like the Zac tires. They seem to last a little longer than what we were running (TRC and ProLine mostly).
