Default Serpent 747

I bought the new 747 serpent and I'm really disappointed in the reciever non box. I can't believe that they are willing to just let the reciever and wires just hang out . How unprofessional is that and ugly. Anyone else have any comments as to what to do about this?

If you go to the other 747 thread on page 11 or 12 you can see how the other owner of the 747 tucked there wires away.. It's not hard to do.. Also they do sell the reciever box if you want one for 5 or 6 bucks.. The idea was to make the car lighter for roar.. I hopes this helps you...

First of all. I think your priority i way off. What your personally opinion on what there should be a receiver box in a kit or not is not what the majority of racers are looking for. Racers look for a car who is well built, great balance, durable and fast. That is what you get whit the serpent 747. You have off course in title to have a personal opinion, but you could express it otherwise i think. But be creative and put on a receiver box if you like. Here is what i did.
Best regards a dedicated serpent driver.

I just finished putting my 747 together but yet to put any radio gear in..
Is that box custom or do serpent sell this as an extra?

Thanks,
Jamie.

That's custom. Serpent does not make a box as of this time.
