Round 2 is already complete and Teemu Leino is overall TQ.

"First day of qualifying is done.... .Jilles almost managed 40 laps before an incident with Surikarn. So, Teemu hold the overnight TQ with 39 laps. Tomorrow will be round 3 and round 4 of qualifying"

I dont think saying that Jilles and Hara have "homefield advantage is completely fair. At the end of the day, its a WC, everybody knows where its going to be held. Everybody has a chance to test as much as they like. If you choose not to (serpent for example) then there can be NO sour grapes when someone who took advantage of testing is quicker.
